TAC Distance Runners News on Twitter
I am now set up with Twitter to try and bring followers news of TAC Distance Runner performances as they happen (so long as I am there or find out about them !)

I won't be giving confidential details away about training, but will try and give updates on anything that the real enthusiasts might like to know. The number of followers is growing daily.
You can set yourself up to receive messages to your Twitter account at your PC, but if you really want to get the hot off the press updates, such as a Watford Open meet 3000 metre result, at midnight on a Wednesday, then set yourself up via your mobile ! Once you are registered, click as necessary to follow me and then go to messages which enables you to receive a text automatically.
