Training times for Tonbridge AC Distance Runners
Club nights are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for most groups as follows -
Tuesdays 6.15 pm to 8pm at Tonbridge School Track
Thursdays 6.15pm to 8pm at Tonbridge School Track
Sundays at 9.30am at Tonbridge School Track
Generally there is a Sunday morning run from the track but please check with coaches.
Always check with a coach about the suitability of these sessions.
