James West - Great Britain team at European Super Cup, Poland - August 2019
James West raced 3000 metres for Great Britain at the European Super Cup, which comprises the top 12 countries.
He finished third in 8.02.97 less than half a second away from the winner Adel Mechaal of Spain. This was James’ first senior GB track international.

Ben Reynolds - National Masters 5000 metres champion - August 2019
Ben Reynolds won the National over 55 men's 5000m championship, at Birmingham in 16.49.87.
He went on to finish third in the European Championships at both 5000m and the half marathon, in Italy, during September.

Senior Women - English National Road Relay Champions - October 2019
The TAC senior women's team finished second overall behind Cardiff, but clinched the English Championship, at Sutton Coldfield. The team consisted of Nicole Taylor, Kiri Marsh, Phoebe Barker and Lucy Reid.
