We can run as many as we want in each race
Teams are 4 to score (Senior Men is 6).
Number of competitors varies depending on venue, but about 300 to 400 athletes in the younger age groups is normal with up to 2000 in the men’s race.
We are now ready to start taking bookings, so to guarantee a spot, please act quickly, as we have a limited number of places at the awards dinner.
