Dear Team Manager,
Please find attached all the information for the SEAA 6/4/3 Stage Road Relays at Rushmoor Arena, Aldershot on Saturday 26th September 2026.
A link will be sent you to nearer the date for you to complete your team declarations.
Parking
Also attached is a separate document that contains the links for pre-booking parking spaces. These links are also available on the SEAA website. Please forward these on to all athletes, parents and supporters and encourage them to pre-book to avoid any delays on the day.
Anybody bringing a coach or minibus are asked to email [email protected] to reserve an allocated coach/minibus parking space.
Weather
At the moment on the long range weather forecast, it is looking set to be a dry day with an estimated high temperature of 21oC/22oC in the afternoon. Water will be provided for athletes at the end of the race, however please advise athletes to bring extra water with them to prevent dehydration.
As you know, the weather is always changing so please do keep an eye on the up to date weather forecasts and prepare accordingly.
Refreshments
There will be food as well as hot and cold drinks on sale throughout the day.
Photography
Photography and video footage are taken at SEAA Competitions and Events. SEAA may use these images and video footage for press and promotional purposes. This might include printed publications such as newspapers, magazines, brochures and flyers; or online, including our own and partners’ websites and social media. Please note that there will be no official photographers at this event so photos would not be available for purchase.
We are seeking parental consent for athletes under 18 for photographs/video recordings to be taken at SEAA events via the following link:https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/xrKqQ1eQw0 (please forward on to parents/guardians to complete). A QR code to this link will also be available on the day.

Car park payment links
We are charged by the landowners for every car that comes onto the site – and so
unfortunately must make a charge for car parking to cover this cost. Please share cars with
teammates where possible.
Last year, taking payments at the gates caused additional delays to cars entering and
leaving the site.
This year parking is £6 in advance, or £10 at the gate so please save money and buy your
parking in advance.
