There is a possibility of strong winds at Sutton Park on Saturday and we may have to stop clubs putting up tents/gazebos due to safety concerns. Please listen to PA announcements on the day.
There are generally parking issues for people arriving via Town Gate entrance with delays of 30 minutes or more. Please consider arriving via Boldmere Gate, Stonehouse Rd, B73 6LH. If you travel from M6 J7 you will drive past this entrance. Once in through the gate continue up the hill for about 800 metres and park up where you meet the course. It's then only a 10 minute walk to the start.
A reminder to team managers to declare their teams by 09.00 on Saturday morning. If any of their declared athletes appear in red that means they have not paid this year's EA affiliation and if they run will likely get that team disqualified unless it's paid before the race start.
