Distances 3km upwards.
We can run as many as we want in each race
Teams are 4 to score (Senior Men is 6, u20 women is 3).
Number of competitors varies depending on venue, but about 300 to 400 athletes in the younger age groups is normal with up to 2000 in the men’s race.

I promised here are some details regarding the arrangements for the 2025 National Cross Country Championships event.
James Taylor is assisting with the organisation of the awards dinner.
National Cross Country Championships, including 19th Awards Dinner - Saturday 22nd February 2025
The championships are at Parliament Hill Fields, Hampstead, North London
The evening awards dinner will be in the Ashton Dining Hall, The Judd School, Tonbridge

£35 per person, inclusive of all drinks, nibbles, dinner, awards and disco

The menu is likely to be braised beef with gravy with a choice of mashed and new potatoes, and vegetables. There will be a vegetarian option, and other dietary needs can be catered for, on request: please email [email protected] . There will be a range of desserts, and coffee. All drinks provided (or Bring Your Own Bottle).
Note drinks are included ie soft drinks, beer and wine. Any specialities please bring your own.
