English National Cross Country Championships, at Harewood House, Leeds, Saturday 25th February 2023

All ages, including separate u20s.
Distances 3km upwards.
We can run as many as we want in each race
Teams are 4 to score (Senior Men is 6).
Number of competitors varies depending on venue, but about 300 to 400 athletes in the younger age groups is normal with up to 2000 in the men’s race.
